This is probably in China. I was there this past summer and they are putting these to herd pedestrians to the intersections so they stop flooding the streets.
well they have to get road kill some how... I mean how are they suppose to feed 30 billion with out any...
Well, we can tear ur body apart to feed them for awhile and, since you are so jocular, it would taste funny!
