it's a hybrid people!the head's V shape is not totally obvious and there's a slight curved end.it also has 2 wide jagged edges near the end if you notice carefully, definitely a hybrid.read up on wiki or watch discovery and you will know.
I vote for alligator.
The snout is not fully out of the water so we have no definite head shape to examine --lets just say its a dangerous reptile.

It's definitely an alligator. Crocodile snouts are a lot pointier. You also have to consider part of the gator is in the water. I see gators all the time here in Florida, and that is a gator.
