In Windows XP, open Notepad and type:
Bush hid the facts
Save the file and close Notepad. Reopen the saved file and see what you see.
He did it again!
You can also do it with any other series of words that are four letters long, then three, then three, then five. It's a Windows encoding thing.(It's also not new. Been around for three or four years.)
