He has êaten too many raw meat, sushi, etc. The worm coming from uncooked food, then to his face. Some even come to his eyes and other thin-skinned places.
Wow - that is scary, poor guy! what is it! Why don't we see that more often if that really can happen, and obviously it can! That is so sick and sad!
