OK, I'll 'splain it. I think it's showing how dumb people (especially guys) are with two holes in the wall. 220 people have put two fingers in the holes before this guy, only to be shocked by the electrical current there. It's a double joke. Some countries have 220 Volts in the wall socket. See the .ru? Russia must be one of them.
