This isn't China. It is Pusan South Korea. I can see the Korean letters on the parasols.

Haeundae Beach, Pusan, South Korea.And, interestingly enough, the Koreans only swim during "swimming season."It is illegal to swim outside of this season in the summer and the beaches are all insanely packed during said season!
