The poor girl is distended. This caused them to be in pain. She does this to relieve the pain. This animal is not being cared for adequately.
I think they do this if they are thirsty. Goats do this also.
Somebody milk that poor cow before she explodes.
I've seen a couple of human girls do it on the internet...who forgot to milk them?
