It is an advertising for the brazilian "Antarctica" beer "a boa" (the good one).The girl says "I made a tattoo, wanna see it?" and then "There's a tattoo with your name too, wanna see it?" then she calls "Paulão" (Big Paul) :)Cheers from Brazil.
