I don't think so because I have upload more then Jonco. But it maybe due to the software that is being used since all your pictures are larger then what blogspot software. Try reducing the size a little because you maybe exceeding the bandwidth.
I use blogspot software and use the biggest size of photo allowed and I am at. You are currently using 330MB (32%) of your 1024MB
does blogspot have a limit on how many photots u can upload in a month? maybe that's why you have trouble every now and then.
