C.O.P.S.

…. can be really dumb.  This one chases a motorcycle onto a railroad track…. and gets stuck… with two trains coming.

    I'd say this is Des Moines 911 (like a spoof on Reno 911), except I remember seeing this on "Cops." Officer Moron...
