    This is pretty common in the west if you get out into the country after a good season
    Believe it or not Kangaroos are a real menace and dangerous to the unsuspecting if you are not careful
    In some parts of the umbersare so bad that culling happens

  3. The collective noun for a group of kangaroos is a mob. And it can be quite scary when several hundred decide to cross the road in front of you. Every member of my family has hit a 'roo whilst driving.

  4. Doesn't need to be a good season to see a roo on the road in the west. Kangaroo's are shot because they are the reason that farmers crops are damaged making them lose thousands of dollars worth of vegetation & vehicles of motorist's.
