When it comes to accidents . . . I would rather be in a vehicle that provides protection to the occupants (by taking the brunt or absorbing the energy of the impact) than suffering a broken neck and saying from your wheelchair "see how little damage was sustained to my vehicle in compairison to the other vehicle . . ." !!!

asiseeit,
Excellent point. However we don't know who did or didn't sustain the most injuries. I'm not sure you can count on the car that is more damaged having the lesser injured driver or passenger.
Thanks for commenting.

Looks like a decent commercial for that truck in the background, actually... Got hit by a hummer and doesn't look like anyone would've gotten hurt any worse than if it was any other car.

That'll buff out.

Good point jonco, in addition I would like to point out that there could be a tractor trailer off somewhere out of the photo. If the Hummer hit that truck and was this banged up and the dodge ram hit something else you could end up with a photo like this but all is not as it appears.

I have seen this pic before and there is a small car that was involved and they walked away the people in the Hummer were hurt bad. This was in the news here.
