It would be funny if the baby wasn't screaming.
Cold, wet lettuce on your entire bare body would make you scream too. Note the dad(?) is dressed warm and dry. Stepping on the fork probably doesn't feel good either. And I hope that's not au jus in the glass. The only thing that could make this worse is thinking the mom is there taking the picture.

It's no worse than gluing bows to little girls' heads. They're doing the real burger version of the baby in the burger pillow. I think it's funny.
