the dudes right... photoshopped! No blood... look at the tynes of the fork in relation to the base... The angle of entry is almost impossible. Why do people fake stuff like this?
I don't think it's very funny... poor little guy! For those of you claiming "PHOTOSHOPPED" , I'm so sure you can be so quick to determine that when the Snopes people haven't even decided. And if you've ever had your nose pierced, you'd know that the tip of the nose is all cartilage, and has very little blood supply, hence no bleeding.
OW, FUCK!!!!!!! I agree with Kristin, though, I don't think that this is a Photo-shop job. Whatever way you look at it, though, it certainly made my eyes water when I looked at the second picture. Re: Angle of entry. If you think about it, the nose is, as mentioned before, mainly cartilage, so anything stabbed into it would, in theory, be able to go in almost 45 degrees, but then when let go of, would then return to a point of pointing straight downwards.
The mom has obvious signs of crying on her shoulder... yes, the nose doesnt bleed like other parts, I doubt it's a photoshop. I bet it bled when they pulled the fork out!
To answer "Photoshop job" it is not. I am not sure how this happened but these pictures were taken at the Urgent Care in Westlake, Ohio "west of Cleveland" where my sister works as a nurse, she emailed them to me and I did post them on the Internet.
I have traced these pictures and so far this is the 4th location.
IDIOT. Did the boy's parents give you permission to post these pictures? If that was my boy, I'd track you and your sister down for doing such a stupid thing. I'll have to remember that if my kids ever have a fork in their nose, don't pose them for pictures at the hospital. Oh yeah, I'd have never let anyone do that anyway. What's wrong with people?
Doesn't matter what gender you are (you didn't specify in your first post). If the parents gave you no permission to post these pictures, you and the nurse and hospital or clinic or whatever should be sued. That's the point. You should stop bragging about your stupidity for your 15 minutes of fame. If my boy tumbled over backwards in a chair at a restaurant and ended up like this and found pictures of it on the internet, and came across some s.o.b. bragging that he's the one who posted it, I'd track you down. But I understand that you know that you're not very bright and it's too late to un-post your pictures so you want to take your anger out on me instead of yourself.

Of all days to post a picture of that nature with a kid wearing a "Twins" shirt!
Very funny but an obvious photoshop job...

Don't you hate it when people judge others too quickly? What's worse is that they add insult as well.

But then you might actually have to get up and step away from the keyboard for a second!
