Error using Internet Explorer

Error msgI’ve gotten a few reports of people receiving an error when viewing the website.   I don’t get the error when I use Firefox (my main browser), but when I fired up Internet Explorer I got the error too.  You can click through it and read on, but it’s not supposed to do that.

A quick search on Google didn’t help much.  I put in a request for help on Blogger’s website.   I’ll rectify the problem as soon as I can.  Please stand by.  Thanks to those who reported the error.

Update:  you guys were right.  It was the fishing video “How real men catch fish”.  I deleted the post and am no longer getting the error.  It just happened about the same time I changed the logo so I thought the connection was there somehow.   What a great community.  Thanks!

Maybe it has something to do with the new logo?

Happens with Firefox under Linux

I get the same error message in Opera

It's probably due to one particular post on the main page. If you knew which one it is, and deleted it, I bet the problem would go away. When I click to go to different pages, such as the "older posts" link at the bottom, there is no problem.

Or wait until you post more things, and eventually push the culprit off the main page.

I think it's the "How Real Men Catch Fish" post that is the problem. When I click the title on that one and it opens that post on the next page, that error comes up. But not for any other post. Check it out.

Sorry 3rd time. That video doesn't play anymore. So I bet that's where the prob is.

When the error message comes up, there always seem to be images that are supposed to show but don't. You can view the image anyway, by right-clicking where it should be and choosing Show Picture (it might take a few tries to get the right menu).

No, it's the fishing video.

Yeah the fishing video doesn't work for me either. Clicking on the title to get the individual post brings up the same error box

The same thing happened on my page, and also on Spluch who had embedded it.

I just changed it to a link and the error went away.
