What looks like a skin disorder...is the new sexy!

That robe didn't make that tan design. Besides she'd have to remain completely motionless while the sun is baking on her well tanned tattoo so the design doesn't move. Fake, or at least misleading how it was really done, but results are kinda cool.

Ditto the previous poster. The patterns don't match up. Look at her right shoulder- totally different pattern.

I agree with the previous poster. I'm not a pervert but I studied the pattern on her back and then looked at the robe. There are tons are different patterns. Very misleading, but again very neat.

Photoshop.

(Or is it makeup?)

A fake, and a poor fake at that. None of the patterns match. Cool idea that came into harbor on a failboat.

airbrushed on... yet another hollywood garbage... I coud think of a better stencel then that.. like leopard spots... or tigar stripe...

hey smart people, its called a tanning salon, and a spray tan.

believe it or not people DO indeed come into out work and ask for things remotely close to this.

It isn't a robe it is a stencil. All of those who "studied the pattern" it does to match the stencil it just isn't oriented the same in both pictures...and what do you think girls do in tanning booths besides lay still.

On her right shoulder, just around the shoulder blade, there is a blossom design. In the photo without the robe, there are just vines. So, the other posters are correct, the designs are two separate images.

Furthermore, spray tans drip. So, imagine spray painting onto a stencil; unless that stencil is flush with the surface you're painting, the paint bleeds underneath, and the design is lost. The best bet would have to be UV... completely immobile UV, including multiple sessions in which the "stencil" is placed directly where it had been before. Which I doubt is so simple.

UMMMMM looks like the robe is on inside out (to match the patterns (its reversed.)
