The President's Entourage

When the President of the Unites States travels… he takes along a few select people….

Bush+travelling+entourage

I wouldn’t guess how much this costs the taxpayer.

Did some research on average salaries, etc. and came to a guess on the cost. Annual salaries of entourage =$41.3 Million. The original cost of the equipment would be about $1.4 billion. So short answer is that it cost the taxpayer a buttload.

This is not a BUSH only problem.
Clintonface had it too.

Anonymous #2: I didn't see anyone bashing Bush on this issue. It's a presidential issue. Calm down.

If it were a Bush Bashing post, it would have included 20 people to remind him where he is, tell him where the camera is and to tell him to stop giving the camera the finger (I understand they use Chinese Finger Cuffs for that)

same rule of thumb applies to all candidates for president as well. I was in phoenix last election and was at the hotel kerry's campaign was staying at the coming weekend (the phoenician). got booted from my room to another wing, had to be a hundred secret service agents there and several hundred other associated toadies. unbelievable.
