(I don’t know if this is a crocodile or alligator, but I’m sure someone will let me know.) Regardless, it’s a cool picture.

a crocodile has a very long, narrow, V-shaped snout, while the alligator's snout is wider and U-shaped. SO in short it's a croc/
It is a croc but the alligator has the thin snout.
Dude, that's a lemur if I ever saw one.
you're all nuts, it's a big white bird!
It's an alligator. Doesn't anyone ever watch discovery or animal channel anymore?
it's a hybrid people!
the head's V shape is not totally obvious and there's a slight curved end.
it also has 2 wide jagged edges near the end if you notice carefully, definitely a hybrid.
read up on wiki or watch discovery and you will know.
I vote for alligator.
The snout is not fully out of the water so we have no definite head shape to examine --lets just say its a dangerous reptile.
you guys really dont get it do you? please stop humiliating yourselves here by saying it's alligator or croc, it's a HYBRID.
for goodness' sake.
this is basics for APD university students. geez.
looks like a future pair of boots to me
It's definitely an alligator. Crocodile snouts are a lot pointier. You also have to consider part of the gator is in the water.
I see gators all the time here in Florida, and that is a gator.
